As Quakers, we believe that there is something of God in everyone; all are welcome, regardless of their faith, ethnic background and sexual or gender identity. In our Meetings for Worship we seek a gathered stillness, in which people of widely differing views and experiences find an underlying unity. We warmly invite you to come and share this time with us.

We hold Meetings for Worship on Sunday mornings (including Children’s Meeting) and Thursday evenings. The first Thursday of each month is an outreach Meeting, at which newcomers are particularly welcome.

At present we meet as follows:

In person (socially distanced)

In light of the increased transmissibility of the Omicron variant of Coronavirus, we ask you to take a lateral flow test before coming to Meeting and always wear a face covering inside the building.

  • 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Sundays: 10:15-11:15am at the Northcourt Centre, Northcourt Road
  • 2nd Sunday: 10:30-11:30am in the garden at St Ethelwold’s, 30 East St Helen Street
  • 1st Thursday (outreach): 7:30-8:15pm indoors at St Ethelwold’s, 30 East St Helen Street – blended with the meeting on Zoom (technology permitting!)
